Tibetan Mastiffs are unique in that they only have one litter per year. Their mating season usually begins in early to late fall and ends in early winter. Our litters are usually born in January.
All of our puppies’ parents have been tested for genetically inherited disease. The results are listed on the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) website.
We provide a link to each of our dogs’ OFA pages and a link to their pedigrees. You can find this information on “Our Dogs” page and on our “Breeding Plans” page as soon as the plans are announced.
Our puppies go to their new homes after they have their vaccinations. We give these after they turn 9 weeks old. It is also important that pups stay with their littermates and mother until that age.
